I bought the DVD set of the first season of Miami Vice with the thought that it would be fun to watch again. It was great, but the opening screen made me suddenly feel old. It said that the original airing of Miami Vice was in 1984, which was 21 years ago!
My gosh! I was in college in 1984. I remember sitting in the little house alone in the dark watching this show, and really enjoying it. Everything about it was cool back then, but now the cars loked dated and the lack of mobile phones and computers made the show feel sort of antique. But it's still fun to watch!
