I've got all the pieces in place so that my vision for the water tank I bought last fall is complete and operational - woohoo!
I put the water tank on cinder blocks in the back yard. I built a rain capture rig and have over 50 gallons of water so far. I've put in a second flower bed on the far end of the back yard. I ran a hose from the tank to the beds. I ran a soaker hose through the beds. And I've planted pollinator-friendly lantana and other flowers in the beds.
Now if I can figure it how to automate the watering :-)
