I have been using apps to lead me through mediation time as part of my lessons for several years. I switched from one that was all in Spanish to Pura Mente and kept it in Spanish. The words are similar each time and having them in Spanish keeps me focused on what they are saying.
And I've been consistent! 500 días de racha :-)
That's one thing that I do really well, stay consistent.
